
Ready Stance: Standing
at "A", Facing "B" in Ready position
- Turn
90° counter-clockwise to the left toward "C",
moving left foot into a left back stance with a simultaneous
right arm high block and left outside block.
- Pull
with left hand, and reverse upper-cut with right hand, (stay
in back stance).
- Pull
left foot back slightly into a horse riding stance. Execute a
left hand knife-hand strike, to your left toward
"C".
- Turn
90° right toward "D", moving right foot into a
right back stance with a simultaneous right arm high block and
left outside block.
- Pull
with right hand, and reverse upper-cut with left hand, (stay
in back stance).
- Pull
right foot back slightly into a horse riding stance facing
"B". Execute a right hand knife-hand strike, to your
right toward "D".
- Look
90° left toward "B", stepping left foot forward
into a left back stance knife hand guarding block.
- Right
leg front snap kick toward "B".
- Step
down with right foot into right front stance with a palm-heel
center block and Spear-hand thrust toward "B".
- Tuck
right hand behind back, placing back of open right knife-hand
on right hip (right elbow is pointing forward, toward front of
body) keeping feet in same positions pivot both feet and turn
body 180° left counter-clockwise toward "A".
Complete a full turn to the left (180° more, to finish a 360°,
moving left foot around to outside, and stepping into a left
front stance toward "B" and execute a left hand
backfist (palm-down) to the upper body.
- Step
forward with right foot into a right front stance and execute
a right hand middle punch toward "B". KIYAP!!
- Turn
270° counter-clockwise to the left, moving left foot into
left back stance toward "E". Simultaneous right arm
high block and left arm outside block.
- Pull
with left hand, and reverse upper-cut with right hand, (stay
in back stance).
- Pull
left foot back slightly into a horse riding stance facing
"A". Left hand knife-hand strike, to your left
toward "E".
- Turn
90° right, moving right foot toward "F" into a
right back stance and use a simultaneous right arm high block
and left outside block toward "F".
- Pull
with right hand, and reverse upper-cut with left hand, (stay
in back stance).
- Pull
right foot back slightly into a horse riding stance facing
"A". Right hand knife-hand strike, to your right
toward "F".
- Look
90° left toward "A", stepping left foot forward
toward "A" into a left back stance with a knife hand
guarding middle block.
- Right
leg front snap kick toward "A".
- Step
down with right foot into right front stance toward
"A" and execute a palm-heel center block and
spear-hand thrust toward "A".
- Tuck
right hand behind head, placing back of open right knife-hand
on right side of neck (right elbow is pointing forward, toward
front of body) and keeping feet in same positions pivot both
feet and turn body 180° left counter-clockwise and complete a
full turn to the left (180° more, to finish a 360° , moving
left foot around to outside, and stepping into a left front
stance with a left hand backfist (palm-down) to the upper body
toward "A".
- Step
forward with right foot into a right front stance toward
"A" and execute a right hand middle punch toward
"A". KIYAP!!
- Turn
180° left, moving left foot into Horseback Riding stance
facing "B" and execute a left arm low block toward
"C".
- Turn
90° left stepping back with your left foot into a left foot
front stance toward "C" and execute a right hand
middle reverse punch.
- Turn
90° right, moving left foot into Horseback Riding stance
facing "B" and execute a left arm low block toward
"D".
- Turn 90° right stepping
back with your right foot into a right foot front stance
toward "D" and execute a left hand middle reverse
punch toward "D".
KIYAP!!
Return to ready stance: Bring the right foot back toward the left
into the ready position, facing "B".
